Everyone who sells a product or service online or just write blogs, wants traffic to their sites. The main sources of traffic are Search engines, PPC and other advertising programs. PPC and advertising programs can bring some temporary traffic by investing huge amount. But they can’t be compared to search engines traffic. Stats say that people get more then 70% traffic from search engines if the site is well optimized for search engines and have a good ranking in search engines.
If you site is not listed on top search result page of or on at least first three search result pages of search engines for your keyword (product or service) then it’s time to spend some time to optimize your sites for search engines.
Some basics of search engine optimization are, using meta tags and title tags, Using h1, h2, h3 tags properly, using search engine friendly urls etc. But these are just basics. For best result, you should hire professional Search Engine Optimizers.
Recently I have found YSC (YourSeoConsulting.com). They are claiming to have a team of search engine optimization experts who can boost your position in search engines. I have not used their service yet but planning to give a try.
